National Adoption Month

November is National Adoption Month, and an excellent opportunity to utilize the high profile marketing capabilities of the Heart Gallery to raise awareness of the over 100,000 youth in foster care across the United States in need of “forever families”. Heart Gallery NYC extends a special thank you to Amtrak for hosting our annual photo exhibition for one week every November for nine consecutive years. The NAM Exhibit featured a beautiful display of larger than life poster-sized images located in the Amtrak Rotunda, and was accompanied by a staffed recruitment table to offer information about how to adopt children from the foster care system. Awareness was raised to the more than 300,000 daily passersby in Penn Station, a major transportation hub, during the week-long exhibition. Additional awareness of NAM and the needs of the children was raised by partnering with Clear Channel, who offered annual support with a month-long sponsorship display on the beautiful Spectacolor screen in Times Square. The digital billboard honored National Adoption Month by displaying the beautiful images of the youth in need of adoptive homes with a message on how to adopt and make a difference in the lives of the children. The Clear Channel Spectacolor NAM campaign in iconic Times Square raised awareness to millions!
